Privacy laws and video-taping: Below is a complaint that was made to the Federal Privacy Commissioner. The investigator they refer to is Mr. Brian King, formerly of King-Reed Associates. After this decision was handed down, this firm merged with another company and changed their name. The complaint was well-founded by the Privacy Commissioner.
