Client Log-On: We have improved the delivery of our services, to improve our efficiency and productivity, while we deliver your assignment. Once we engage in a confidentiality agreement and obtain all the particulars from you, we will set you up in our on line file system granting you permission to access your on line file with passwords that we will provide you with over the phone. This is a very safe and secure format. We also provide web conferences which permits all of us engaged in the assignment to share a screen, so we can all see each other with an integrated white board and audio. Our daily progress will be documented on line which can be shared with numerous clients in one firm. We focus on working as a team with your partners to enhance our service. You also can view your file anytime and at your leisure. Our system maintains an audit trail of all parties that have permission which includes the name, time and date they have logged on. The benefits of this system is privacy, efficiency and it encourages all parties to communicate, including your in-house counsel. We minimize sending out large email attachments to various third parties to avoid the risk of privacy breaches. This centralized file system allows us to share reports and communicate anytime. We can organize meetings, maintain minutes and document other relevant records, as we move through the process. Keep in mind, that we are working on the development and understanding of this new system and like any new system, it takes time to learn the ropes. However, we hope to master it by the end of January 2012. |
