Business Development Director:
You will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of a comprehensive business plan and related strategies. This involves meeting target objectives and ensuring progress is made towards maximizing revenues and expanding our client base.
Key Accountabilities:
Developing and maintaining positive client relations to ensure effective management, retention and the delivery of our services.
Establishing and maintaining relationships with all client sectors.
Identifying, researching and marketing to potential sectors;
Monitoring all assigned case files to ensure conformity and that all terms and conditions are met relative to case files and the privacy legislation.
Ensuring all files are handled in a timely and confidential matter and that all activities are reported in compliance to our policies and procedures.
Monitoring performance and ascertain new areas of business development.
Qualifications - As our preferred candidate, you will have the following;
Comprehensive knowledge of the investigation industry with a minimium of three to five years experience.
Superior Skills in financial analysis and risk management.
Ability to plan and strategize up to one year in advance.
Strong understanding in a wide variety of industries and markets which require specialized knowledge.
Education:
University degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Economics or Finance.
